Once you have confirmed the price, you can pay for your order by Western Union, Money Dram, Transfer (T/T), or Paypal, a +5% extra charge will be applied to your order price if you choose Paypal. Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

The minimum order quantity is 300 gram products. We do not have a maximum order quantity. You can buy 3 bundles, a hundred bundles or more. We offer a 5% discount for orders of 50kg products or more. The more you buy, the more discounts you get.

All products are shipped from Vietnam. We ship orders through DHL, UPS, EMS, FedEx or shipping agents. We do offer expedited shipping at the cost of customers’ expense and estimated delivery costs/time vary depending on which kind of service is chosen, weight of package, and delivery destination.

The single drawn hair has a thin end which contains an amount of hair that has more baby hair than the double and super double. The double drawn hair contains more hair that is at the same length than the single drawn hair and the super double hair is the thickest hair bundle which has the very thick end almost the same length. It also costs much more than the single drawn hair and double drawn hair.

Actually, grades are the way that Chinese value their hair. We sell Vietnamese hair so we just have single, double and super double drawn hair and all of them are the best quality. Let us show you some pics to see the difference.

In normal we often need 10 days, but it depends on the color, the textures you need can be longer than 1-2 days.

We have 8- 30 inches.

It will depend on the quality you choose. If you choose super double-drawn hair, the amount of short hair mixed inside the bundles is very little, so you can see the end of the hair is very full.

Sure. It’s 100% human hair like our natural hair.

Our hair is 100% Vietnamese human hair. The hair is smooth, soft and natural. This hair is tangle-free. No shed, no insects and bugs. They are available for us to choose any type of hair that you want (For example: style, dye or bleach or perm,…)

II. SOME OF FAQ RELATED TO OUR EXCHANGE POLICY:

We only accept exchange if there is any mistake on our part. We are willing to provide you exchanges within 7 days on all sets that have not been installed, worn, or tampered with in any situation.If the error is on our side, we will cover the entire shipping fee to exchange the item for you. One thing you should remember is that all our products are made of 100% natural human hair. Besides, each bundle comes from individual people, therefore, we cannot guarantee all of the hair color or texture. However, we will try our best to find out the best matches to meet your requirements. You can always check out your order to determine if the color is matched through our photos on the website and video call.

We will provide an exchange on hair extensions within 7 days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.

The exchange requests are only accepted by following our requirement as follows:

  • Hair must NOT have been installed, dyed, permed, tampered or altered in any situations;
  • Hair MUST be in its original bundle and NOT be untied at the top;
  • Hair MUST be kept in its original packaging;
  • Returned packages MUST include a copy of the original invoice.

We will not accept your exchanges which do not follow those requirements.

If the error is on our side, we will cover the entire shipping fee to exchange the item for you. And if the fault belongs to you, we will not accept the exchange.

You must contact us prior to sending your exchange, in case the exchange address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from and we will have to check to determine if the error is your responsibility or ours. If the fault is on our side, the return policy will be taken and we will bear all the shipping costs to return the correct item according to your order. Please note that the exchange for merchandise without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
